Used at the Pablo Ayma Academy, this session designed for a pair of two players focuses on developing key technical and tactical aspects of the game.
After starting with technical work on back-court defense, the pair will then focus on their complementarity at the net, improving their coordination, positioning, and aggression on volleys.
The session also teaches players to maintain maximum physical intensity on every shot.
1. Warm-up
