Setup

The players position themselves on one side of the court in an attacking position at the net, while the coach stands on the opposite side of the court with a basket of balls in a central position.

Drill progression

The coach feeds a sequence of 6 balls to each player, alternating between one overhead ball and one volley.

The instruction is simple: players must hit these 6 balls with maximum intensity, always looking to create as much pressure and damage as possible with every shot.

Players have complete freedom in their shot selection. They can play volleys cross-court or down the line, and they can also target any area of the court with their viboras or bandejas. The only rule is to hurt the opponent with power and good placement.

In match play, committing maximum physical intensity on every ball makes a huge difference and will make your game far more aggressive and decisive.
