This exercise is a basic drill for introducing beginner children to padel.
It consists of having players complete a movement course with their racket in hand, before hitting an easy ball fed by the coach.
It allows them to work on different types of movement—jumps, slalom runs, side steps, or footwork drills—before finishing the course by hitting a ball towards a target.
The main objective is to develop movement quality, which is essential when learning padel as a child, while also becoming familiar with basic ball-striking technique on easy balls.
