This exercise is the first progression in learning the technical movement of the vibora. Before introducing the racket and ball striking, the player needs to understand and develop the specific arm path required for this shot.
The objective is to work on a lateral and downward movement, starting to the side of the body at approximately head height and finishing on the opposite side of the body, at hip level.
This first progression is therefore performed without a racket, simply by throwing a ball, allowing the player to focus entirely on the path of the arm.
