This session includes 5 progressive drills designed to help players master the three-meter smash (also called out-of-the-court smash), while maintaining control and consistency. These exercises focus on body alignment, arm motion, contact point, and ideal target zones to maximize successful exits over the side glass.
The difficulty increases with each drill, and the exercises can be performed by 1 to 4 players.
