It mainly develops strength and explosiveness, with weighted pushing and pulling movements.
This is a demanding session, with fairly technical exercises, so it is recommended to perform it under the supervision of a coach.
Equipment needed: barbell with different weight plates, squat rack, weight bench. This session is best performed in a gym.
The session will last around one hour, allowing an average of 8 to 10 minutes per exercise, including rest periods.
