Description

Four players take their usual positions on the court.

Two players — one from each pair, positioned parallel to each other — serve at the same time, putting two balls into play simultaneously.

The rallies are then played out freely, with both balls kept in play for as long as possible.

Points are counted ball by ball:

  • If a pair wins one ball and loses the other, the score is 1–1.
  • If a pair wins both balls in play, the score is 2–0.

The key to winning this game is to quickly play multiple balls toward the same opponent, who will not have enough time to adjust and handle two balls arriving almost simultaneously.

This fun warm-up develops reflexes, game awareness, and the ability to make quick decisions during rallies.
